 You can request an appointment by phone or conveniently schedule online by clicking the calendar link below. Once your appointment is requested, a member of our team will confirm your appointment and provide any necessary forms to complete before your visit. 


 Yes, we offer secure video sessions for clients who prefer or need remote appointments, where clinically appropriate. 


 We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your appointment time to another patient seeking care 


 Your first visit is an intake assessment, where your clinician will gather background information, discuss what brings you in, and begin building a treatment plan together with you. Please arrive a few minutes early if you still need to complete intake paperwork. 


 Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and any completed intake forms. If you're taking medications, a current list is helpful as well. 


  Yes. Your privacy is protected under HIPAA and applicable state law. Information is only shared outside our practice with your written consent, except in specific situations required by law, such as a safety concern or court order. 


If you are in crisis or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988, available 24/7.
